Jeff Schmidt played a central role for the Nittany Lions over the weekend. In a win over conference foe Wells College, Schmidt had seven points, 10 rebounds, four assists and three blocked shots. He followed that up with a career-best 21 points and 13 rebounds in a narrow loss to Keuka College. For the week, he averaged 14.0 ppg and 11.5 rpg.
