Freshman Austin Barlow helped lead the Penn State Berks men's cross country team to a fourth place finish at the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Championship on Saturday at SUNY Cobleskill. He earned a spot on the All-NEAC third team wtih his time of 31:59.27. That time placed him 21st out of 86 runners.
