T.J. Yurkovic recorded a program-best five goals and 11 points in a win over Penn State Abington on Saturday afternoon. The junior forward tallied his first two goals of the game 17 seconds apart in the 7th minute of the game. He tallied a hat trick in the opening half when he added another goal in the 34th minute. Yurkovic then drew a foul in the box early in the second half and converted the PK for his fourth goal. Just over a minute later, Yurkovic added the fifth goal when he beat the keeper with a line drive inside the left post. Yurkovic only took five shots for the game, all of which ended up in the goal.
