The junior centerfielder was also a perfect 8-for-8 on stolen base attempts to raise her steal total to 13 this season. Heffner recorded at least one hit in all eight games last week to run her hit streak to nine straight and has had a hit in 14 of the last 15 games. In the final game against Gallaudet, Heffner was 3-for-3 with two triples and two runs scored. For the season, Heffner ranks fifth in the conference with a .434 batting average, while her six triples and 16 walks lead the NEAC and her 14 stolen bases are the second highest. She ranks third in the NEAC in at-bats (76), runs (29), hits (33), and sacrifice flies (2).
