Caitlin Golden was rewarded for her strong play of late by being named NEAC Player of the Week. In addition, she became the first member in program history to be named to the NSCAA College Soccer Player of the Week. Golden collected six goals and three assists to give her 15 points en route to helping the Nittany Lions go 3-0 this week. In a win over Wells College on Saturday, the freshman forward netted four goals, which is tied for the third most in a single-game in program history. Golden also tallied two assists in that game to give her 10 points, which is the second most all-time. She also had a goal in Wednesday's win over Wilson College and recorded a goal and assist in a win against Keuka College.
